Dominique
CESARI is graduate engineer in Mechanics from the National
Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon (France), and has
a Doctor Engineer degree in Bioengineering from the Technical
University of Compiegne.
Vice-President
of IRCOBI, he works for INRETS in France, as deputy director,
and he is the chairman of EEVC (European Enhanced Vehicle-safety
Committee).
