Deadlines to be observed: 
December 22, 2008: Abstracts due.
January 30, 2009: Authors will be notified of status of abstracts.
April 1, 2009: Complete manuscripts due for review (late manuscripts are subject to rejection without review).
May 18, 2009: Authors will be notified of acceptance, required revisions or rejection.
July 1, 2009: Final manuscripts due.

Please also note the possiblity to participate in the IRCOBI Young Researcher Award. Furthermore IRCOBI supports conference attandance of certain participants by travel grants.
